Shipping policy

The goods will be delivered by the Swiss Post and its international logistics partners. 

EU countries incl. Switzerland, Great Britain, Monaco

• Economy (3–10 days):             free of charge

All other countries International

• Economy (3–15 days):             CHF 89.00

We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 3-15 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 60 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

Please note that orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
