Return policy

RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to return your Atelier Laude purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided that you submit a return request within this thirty (30) day period. Returns are not possible without a prior return request.

For in store purchases, the thirty-day return period starts from the date of purchase as stated on the purchase receipt. For online purchases, the return period starts from the delivery date, which is the date shown in the courier's tracking system when the package was delivered.

The right of return applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the Atelier Laude product and may not be exercised by third parties.

  

RETURN REQUEST

If you wish to return an item, please use the following text as return request and send it via email to Atelier Laude.

 * The Purchase Date is listed on the purchase receipt you received in the boutique or on the purchase receipt you received via email after your online purchase.

** The serial number is a four-digit number engraved on the jewelry piece (e.g., 100A).

*** If you purchased the product in the online shop, the Order Number can be found on the purchase receipt emailed to you by Atelier Laude. If you purchased the product in a boutique, you do not need to provide an Order Number.

Please include your first name, last name, address, purchase date, serial number of your jewelry as well as the order number in your message.

Once Atelier Laude receives your return request by email, you will receive return instructions within three (3) days on how to proceed with the return.

The product you wish to return must be shipped to Atelier Laude within fourteen (14) days after Atelier Laude sent you the return instructions via email. If the product is not returned within these fourteen (14) days, the return will no longer be possible.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping to Atelier Laude as well as for the return shipping costs. Atelier Laude recommends using a shipping service that guarantees delivery to Atelier Laude with signature confirmation. Additionally, Atelier Laude suggests purchasing transport insurance to cover the value of the item in case the return is lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged on its way to Atelier Laude, you, as the sender, will be responsible for the loss or damage. Atelier Laude will not be held liable. If your package does not arrive at Atelier Laude or is damaged, the return and refund will no longer be possible.


RETURN CONDITIONS

When Atelier Laude receives the return, the returned product will be inspected to determine if it meets the return conditions.

After the inspection, Atelier Laude will inform you whether the product meets the return conditions, if the return is possible, and if a refund will be issued.

If the product meets the return conditions, the purchase price will be refunded.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, the return will not be accepted. The product will be sent back to you without a refund. If the return rejection was due to your actions (e.g., the jewelry was worn), the product will be returned to you at your cost.

The return conditions are as follows:

  • The product and all accessories are present and in their original, new, unused, unworn, and perfect condition.
  • The original Atelier Laude jewelry box and the Atelier Laude presentation box are present and in their original, undamaged, and perfect condition.
  • The certificate and accompanying card are present and in their original, undamaged, and perfect condition.
  • Any seals, stickers, and labels are present, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
  • Any free items are present, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
  • The return request was sent via email to Atelier Laude within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • The product you wish to return was shipped to Atelier Laude within fourteen (14) days after the instructions were sent to you via email from Atelier Laude.
  • The buyer personally requested the return and is sending the product back to Atelier Laude.

  

EXKLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF RETURN

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

  • Any products that have been personalized in any way (e.g., engraving, embossing, etc.).
  • Any products that were specifically made or altered for you (e.g., custom-made items, alterations, etc.).
  • Any cosmetics and cosmetic products.

 

REFUND

Full Refund: If all return conditions are met, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Partial Refund: If one or more of the following partial refund reasons apply, the full purchase price will not be refunded. Instead, a handling fee of CHF 250.00 (two hundred and fifty Swiss Francs) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

 Partial Refund Reasons:

  • The jewelry box is not in perfect condition.
  • The presentation box is not in perfect condition.
  • The certificate is not in perfect condition.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within four (4) weeks after Atelier Laude has received your return.

Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method (e.g., Visa, PayPal, etc.) that was used for the original purchase transaction.
